Thank you for considering our oven cleaning services. The following terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties involved in the cleaning process.
• Scheduling: All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer however we will accept cash. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.
• Liability: We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during the cleaning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the oven. We also cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by customer misuse.
• Safety: Our technicians are trained in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of customer negligence or failure to follow our safety guidelines.
• Satisfaction guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
• Access: You must provide us with access to the oven and surrounding area at the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access the oven or the area is deemed unsafe for cleaning, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 100%.

• Parking: Your property must have sufficient parking for our vehicle, either on your property itself or right outside. Any required parking permits are payable by the customer. If we are unable to park we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 100%.

• Working Oven: Your oven must be in full working order in order for cleaning, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 100% if we are not able to heat your oven prior to cleaning.

• Incorrect Booking: If you have incorrectly booked the wrong type of oven you will be liable for the cost as per the price list on our website, not the booking price.
